We are a team of highly qualified, experienced practitioners who have a truly child-centred approach to learning. We believe every child should be supported to achieve their full potential and have the knowledge, passion, patience and skill to start them on their educational journey.

Meet the Team

Sarah is the preschool manager. She is a qualified early years teacher and has over 20 years experience of working in education.

Sarah is our Special Educational Needs Coordinator and our Safeguarding Lead.

Becky is our preschool deputy. She has a Cache Level 3 Diploma for the Early years Workforce. She is lovely. She is extremely practical and organised and as such, is our lead for Health and Safety. She keeps the rest of us grounded and in check !!

Lisa has a Cache Level 2 Certificate for the Children and Young People's Workforce. She has a wonderful rapport with the children, particularly those with additional needs. She is fun-loving, patient and kind.

Jess is working towards her NVQ 3 as an Early Years Educator. She is highly creative and loves to provide exciting activities and provocations to inspire the children. She is gentle and kind.

Katy works as a 1:1 support for children with additional needs. She has lots of experience and an endless amount of patience. She brings with her lots of skills and knowledge and has an amazing way with children who need that little bit of extra support.

Kath is our newest recruit. She works mostly as a 1:1 support. Her background is in drama and she likes nothing more than role playing with the children. She is vibrant and lots of fun!
